ISO 22000:2018 is an internationally recognised standard that combines the ISO9001 approach to food safety management and HACCP for the assurance of food safety at all levels. Therefore, it ensures that its products are safe for eating. Instead of 8 clauses as per 2005 version now it have 10 clauses currently with a comprehensive approach
to cover the chance based thinking in relation to food industry.
