The registrars will notify you at the time period of expiry. At the renewal time you can do two things: 

  • Renew the as it is
  • Renew with changes and alterations

You have to fill out a form named: TM-R.

 

Cost of Renewal

 

If done physically the filing for the renewal costs 10,000 rupees

If done online via e-filing it costs 9,000 rupees

 

The following things are require for the renewal

 

  • A copy of the registration certificate
  • Copy of form TM-A
  • ID and address proof 
  • Power of attorney
